Our Story
1 On Royal has evolved from a simple, double-storey beach cottage to its present-day form - built to capture the spectacular surroundings, and providing a no-nonsense lifestyle for all to enjoy.
It's a place of reflection - encouraging you to be grateful to be alive, to live life in balance with the environment, work, and the city, while creating lasting memories out of everyday events like having a meal, chatting around the fire pit, or enjoying the natural surroundings.
Our Accommodation
We offer a discerning and uncomplicated four-bedroomed home spread across 3 decks with space to eat, sit, watch movies, work or sunbathe. All spaces are beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities.
Primary bedroom
A serene place where you can gather your thoughts, read, sleep, and bathe while enjoying the outside from within.
The Graffiti bedroom

Rates and Details
We open our home for at least 2 nights, accommodating a maximum of 8 people.
The basic rate per night is seasonally dependent - £450.00 (low) to £650.00 (high).
This includes a welcome gift, snacks, a limited assortment of South African wines, beers, soft drinks, unlimited coffee and tea, and daily housekeeping.
